Terms of Service
These terms describe the general rules for using Kanshi's website, application, APIs, and related services.
Effective date: May 23, 2026
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Kanshi, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that anyone who uses Kanshi through your account complies with these terms.
Use of the service
Kanshi provides tools that help classify and filter website submissions, inquiries, and other interactions. You are responsible for how you configure the service and how you use the results.
You may not use Kanshi for unlawful activity, to infringe the rights of others, to interfere with the service, or to attempt unauthorized access to any system or data.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API keys, and connected systems.
You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your account, API key, or integration has been compromised.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed according to the plan, billing cycle, and price shown at purchase or renewal. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge applicable fees, taxes, and renewal amounts.
Unless a plan states otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel future renewals through your account or by contacting us.
Customer content and data
You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to Kanshi. You grant Kanshi the limited rights needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and lawful basis to submit data to Kanshi.
Service availability
We work to keep Kanshi reliable, but the service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, third-party provider issues, or events outside our control.
Kanshi may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as needed, including to improve performance, security, or compliance.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Kanshi is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that every submission will be classified perfectly or that the service will meet every particular need.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kanshi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users or make the updated terms available.
Continued use of Kanshi after updated terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.
