Refund Policy

Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. If you cancel a monthly subscription, cancellation stops future renewals but does not create a refund for the current billing period.

You may continue to have access to paid features through the end of the monthly billing period already paid for, unless your access is suspended or terminated under the Terms of Service.

Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a refund of the remaining unused months only. Used months are not refundable.

Refunds for eligible unused months are subject to a 15% cancellation and processing fee applied only to the refund amount for the remaining unused months.

When an annual subscription is canceled, we calculate the unused portion based on the remaining unused months in the current annual term.

The refundable amount is the value of the remaining unused months, less a 15% cancellation and processing fee. Partial months may be treated as used months unless we state otherwise in writing.

Free trials, promotional discounts, account credits, and coupon values are not refundable for cash unless required by law.

If an annual plan was purchased with a discount, any eligible refund is based on the discounted amount actually paid, not the standard list price.

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing times depend on payment processors, banks, and card networks.

We may ask for account, billing, or cancellation details before approving or processing a refund request.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

We may decline refund requests involving misuse, violation of the Terms of Service, chargeback abuse, fraud, or other activity that creates operational, security, or legal risk.
